Can I see the fires before buying?
Yes. Our Fakenham showroom features live displays of woodburning, multi-fuel, gas, electric, and bioethanol fires, so you can compare before choosing.

Yes, We deliver LPG locally using our own vehicles. We also deliver other shop items via courier.

Yes, we supply and install a wide range of gas, electric and solid fuel fires and stoves. Our experienced team can guide you from choosing the right appliance through to professional installation.
Do you offer surveys or home visits?
Yes. We can arrange a home survey to assess your space, chimney and requirements to ensure you choose the right product for your home.
Do you offer servicing and maintenance?
Yes, we provide servicing and maintenance to help keep your fire or stove running safely and efficiently.

Yes. All installations are carried out in accordance with current safety regulations and industry standards.
Do you stock spare parts and accessories?
Yes, we stock a range of spare parts, fuel, accessories and fireside products. If we don’t have something in stock, we can usually order it for you.
